About Bay Removals

Moving Made Easy

At Bay Removals, we take the stress out of moving. Our experienced team handles your belongings with care and delivers a smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Bay Removals is an owner-run company based in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), led by Arno Thompson. Being owner-run means the person who quotes your move is the same person who makes sure it goes right on the day — no call centres, no hand-offs, no excuses.

We complete more than 200 moves every year across Nelson Mandela Bay and the Eastern Cape coast, from single bakkie loads to full household and office relocations — including regular long-distance routes between the Eastern Cape and Western Cape.

Our ethos: we move, you relax

Moving is consistently rated one of life's most stressful events. Our whole business is built around taking that stress off your shoulders: we quote clearly and for free, we turn up on time, we pack and handle your things like our own, and we keep you informed along the way. You hand us the job — then you relax.
