Yes. Bay Removals is fully insured with Goods in Transit cover, so your belongings are protected from loading to offloading on every move.
We are based in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) and cover the whole Nelson Mandela Bay area, including Uitenhage (Kariega) and Despatch, as well as Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay. We also run long-distance removals between the Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
Yes. We run regular long-distance routes between the Eastern Cape and Western Cape — for example Port Elizabeth to Cape Town or the Garden Route, and back. Full loads travel in closed trucks with insurance cover for the whole journey.
Yes. Our professional packing service uses quality boxes, wrap and materials to keep your items safe. You can have us pack your whole home or office, or only the fragile items — add it to any move or book it on its own.
Yes. Short and long term storage is available in secure facilities. We collect your goods, store them safely, and deliver them to your new address when you're ready — all on one quote.
Not at all. Our bakkie and trailer option is perfect for small loads: a bachelor flat, student move, a couch or fridge, or an online furniture purchase. It keeps the cost down — quotes start from around R1,000.
Yes. Our office and commercial removals are planned around your business hours to minimise downtime. We move furniture, equipment, files and stock safely and systematically.
The earlier the better, especially for month-end and long-distance moves, which fill up first. That said, if you're in a hurry, contact us anyway — we'll do our best to fit you in.
